[Ppeum Clinic Konkuk Branch — Global Service Terms of Use] These Terms govern the use of global.drbaquo.com (the "Site") operated by Ppeum Clinic Konkuk Branch ("the Clinic"). Article 1 — Purpose These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Clinic and users of the Site. Article 2 — Definitions ① "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Clinic. ② "Services" means all services provided through the Site, including treatment information, online consultation booking, price inquiry, and related features. Article 3 — Services Provided ① The Clinic provides the following services to users: 1. Treatment and package pricing information 2. Online consultation and booking services 3. AI skin analysis service 4. Medical tourism information for international patients 5. Other services as determined by the Clinic ② Service offerings may change at the Clinic's discretion. Changes will be announced on the Site. Article 4 — Service Interruption The Clinic may temporarily suspend services due to system maintenance, equipment replacement, or communication failures. Article 5 — User Obligations Users shall not: 1. Submit false information 2. Misappropriate another person's identity 3. Alter information posted on the Site without authorization 4. Infringe intellectual property rights of the Clinic or third parties 5. Interfere with normal operation of the Site Article 6 — Disclaimer ① Treatment information and pricing on the Site are for reference only. Actual treatments and prices may differ upon in-person consultation. ② The Clinic is not responsible for medical decisions made based on information from the Site. All medical procedures must be decided after face-to-face consultation with a physician. ③ The Clinic is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure. Article 7 — Intellectual Property All content on the Site (text, images, video, etc.) is the property of the Clinic and may not be reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Article 8 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction ① These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. ② Any disputes shall be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance. Article 9 — Amendments The Clinic may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law. Amendments will be announced on the Site. Supplementary Provisions These Terms take effect from September 6, 2024.
